The 2026 Conference is set to be bigger and better than ever, taking place at The Chapter House, Belmont Abbey on Thursday 5 November. We will kick things off at 8am with the Big Breakfast (breakfast roll included in your ticket), followed by a morning of learning, networking and inspiration. A delicious 2-course lunch is also included in your ticket.
Keynote Speakers at the 2026 Conference include:
- Phil Brace: “Business growth in commerce locally, nationally and internationally”
Phil is a proud Herefordian, who has worked for local, national and international B to B organisations in a director capacity before starting his own business in 1997 which he eventually exited in 2016. Phil's background was in business growth, sales and marketing. From 2016 to 2018 he spent two years as a business growth consultant working with local and regional businesses. Phil supported The Little Princess Trust since it was founded in 2005, later becoming a trustee and CEO.
- Rachel Keefe: “The Science of Persuasion and Influence”
Currently studying for her PhD in Psychology and a CIM Fellow, she bridges the gap between "what’s always been done" and the cutting-edge science of how we think, work, and buy. Rachel brings a high-energy, "can-do" spirit to every challenge, proving you can successfully pair deep psychological science with authentic human connection to make your organisation truly unstoppable.
