Stacey Fordred is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional with over 10 years’ experience across recruitment, resourcing, HR and client engagement. She has worked within global organisations and UK based businesses, partnering with leaders to attract, engage, and retain talent across diverse sectors including food production, agriculture, commodities, and professional services. Stacey currently works as a Client Engagement Manager in HR Services, supporting organisations to strengthen their people strategies. Her background in talent acquisition and employee experience gives her a practical, people centred perspective on engagement and performance.
